Equipment

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  • Place milk, vanilla extract, vanilla ice cream, freeze-dried strawberries, and frozen strawberries into a blender. Secure lid.
Load ingredients into the blender as listed.
  • Puree until smooth.
Blend on LOW speed for 10 seconds. Increase speed to HIGH for 30 seconds.
  • Pour milkshake into a glass. Drink immediately.

Notes

  • Before scooping the ice cream, leave it at room temperature for a couple minutes. This will let it soften slightly so it's easier to scoop.
  • Add a splash of milk and blend for 10 seconds for a thinner milkshake.
  • If you want a thicker milkshake, use extra ice cream.
  • Milkshakes are best enjoyed in a single sitting. Avoid refrigerating leftover milkshake because it will melt.
