  • Load unsweetened almond milk, collagen powder, Medjool date, and frozen raspberries into a blender. Secure lid.
    Place ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  • Blend until smooth.
    Start the blender on LOW speed for 10 seconds. Increase speed to HIGH for a full minute.
  • Pour smoothie into a cup. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you don't have a powerful blender, cut the Medjool date into small pieces.
  • You can use other types of milk, like soy milk or oat milk, in this smoothie.
  • For even more flavor, replace some of the raspberries with other berries, such as blueberries or strawberries.
  • Add extra frozen raspberries or several ice cubes for a thicker smoothie.
  • If you want to thin the smoothie, add a splash of unsweetened almond milk. Blend for 10 seconds to combine.
  • Refrigerate leftover smoothie in an airtight container, like a jar. Enjoy within 1-2 days for the best flavor and texture.
