- ¾ cup white grape juice
- 1 cup mango
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- White grape juice is the liquid base for this smoothie and it tastes delicious with many fruits. To keep it healthy, use 100% white grape juice with minimal sweeteners and artificial flavors. You can also use apple juice instead of white grape juice.
- Feel free to use frozen mango or fresh pineapple and strawberries. Just make sure there is 1 cup fresh fruit and 1 cup frozen fruit in total. This will keep the smoothie cold and thick but pourable.
- If you want to freeze your own strawberries, cut them into quarters or halves first. This will make it easier for your blender to break the fruit down.
- Add a splash of white grape juice if the smoothie is too thick. Blend for another 10 seconds to combine.
- Store leftover smoothie in an airtight glass for up to 1-2 days in the refrigerator. The ingredients will most likely separate during this time, so stir the smoothie before drinking.
