- ¼ plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup banana (sliced)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- To make the smoothie less thick, use fresh strawberries or blueberries. The other berry should be frozen to properly chill the smoothie.
