- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 Medjool date (pitted)
- 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
- Skip the date if you want a less sweet smoothie.
- If your blender isn’t powerful, it might have a hard time blending the Medjool date. You can cut the it into small pieces. This will ensure there are no big chunks of date in your smoothie.
